We are willing to provide a 100% refund (minus any processing fees from the woo commerce site that are not refundable to us) if requested within 30 days of your arrival date. After that there is no refund during high season but we are willing to try to help if we can rent out the same week again. We will also try to reschedule your stay if at at all possible.
